Since its beginning in 2001, Quantum has developed a strong core which now more than two decades later is the DNA of our company and permeates everything we do.
Our origins trace back to a vision of a trading company that thrives on fostering client relationships through genuine interest and a flexible approach. With an unwavering commitment to mutual growth, Quantum started on a journey to serve its clients with sincere dedication.
As a result of a longer successful partnership with the prominent European dairy leader, Rücker GmbH decided to buy initial shares in Quantum. In January 2011, the acquisition became a reality.
This marked a pivotal moment, where we assumed the role of their dedicated sales office, entrusted with shaping their overseas markets.
Following the MEGGLE Group’s acquisition of Rücker GmbH at the beginning of 2026, we have now become part of the strong and internationally recognized MEGGLE Group.

With state-of-the-art production facilities in Aurich and Wismar, Rücker has symbolized skill and top quality for generations.
Following the MEGGLE Group’s acquisition of Rücker GmbH at the beginning of 2026, we have now become part of the strong and internationally recognized MEGGLE Group.
Our excellence and experience are evident in our cutting-edge production plants, where innovation meets flexibility.
Processing an astounding 800 million kg of milk annually, our offerings include 45,000 tonnes of Yellow Cheese, 50,000 tonnes of White Cheese, 20,000 tonnes of Milk Powder, and 20,000 tonnes of Butter.
Our reliability is anchored in our robust quality management systems. From IFS and QM Milk Certification to SMETA Pillar 4 compliance, we set a standard of excellence that ensures our products meet and exceed expectations.
